“I’ve been doing a lot of BJJ sessions over here in Bali so naturally I’ve started eating smoothie bowls to keep up my energy. This works great while I’m over here but I realised once I get home I will need some recipes. Luckily @smoothiebowladdict agreed to share one of there recipes. Give it a go.”

- 4 Frozen Bananas
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 sachet of ‘The Happy Sol’ Cacao, Maca & Chia Breakfast Booster (10g – or make your own)
- Fruit, Nuts, Coconut and Chia for topping
