“Dee made hummus. It tastes amazing, not much more to say about it. I loved dips when my diet was less than ideal and have struggled to find substitutes now that I’m eating healthier so this is a great addition. Cut up carrot/celery and you are good to go. Note: This needs a blender.”

Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Tahini Paste
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • Salt to taste

Instruction

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas then place in blender.
  2. Add tahini paste, squeeze in lemon juice, add in crushed garlic cloves and salt to taste.
  3. Add 1/3 cup of water and blitz (if consistency is too thick add more water).
  4. Pour into serving bowl and enjoy!
