- 1 can Chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Tahini Paste
- 1 Lemon
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Drain and rinse chickpeas then place in blender.
- Add tahini paste, squeeze in lemon juice, add in crushed garlic cloves and salt to taste.
- Add 1/3 cup of water and blitz (if consistency is too thick add more water).
- Pour into serving bowl and enjoy!
