** This recipe was given to me by a friend who knows her way around a juicer, and I quote “the amount of juice you get will depend on the size and quality of the vegetables and equiptment you’re blessed with/using..” Possibly not in those words **
Another word of warning, because this is a juice you have to use more raw ingredient, as the big bits of fruit get filtered out. This means that you end up getting a pretty high amount of sugar. While not the end of the world, you should still have this sparingly…60g of fruit sugar is better than 60g of sugar from soft drink, but it will still make ya fat!
Ingredients
- 4 Green Apples
- 1/4 Bunch of Spinach
- 1 Large Cucumber
- 1/2 Bunch of Celery
- Handful of Mint and Parsley
- Lemon and Ginger (to taste)
Instruction
- Put everything into the juicer.
- Add some water if necessary.
