Ingredients
- Avocado
- 2 Eggs
- Salt, Pepper and Cayenne Pepper
Instruction
- Cut your avocado in half and remove the pip.
- Next get a spoon and scoop extra avocado out to make the hole bigger.
- Crack an egg into the hole and pour an egg into each half. Place in the oven at 200◦C (392◦F) for somewhere in the 10-20 minute range dependant on the size of your avocado. If you are struggling when the egg goes white it is cooked.
