“I’ll admit it. This is the same coconut as post 050. I wanted to post both ways but this is 100% my preferred coconut drinking method. A bit more mucking about thought but the juice is worth the squeeze. Same problems getting the coconut open…nearly lost a finger again. I’m pretty lucky though so I’ll keep winging it.”

I WONT GO FULL RANT ON THIS BUT YOU WANT TO WATCH HOW OFTEN YOU HAVE THESE. I HAVE THEM AS A TREAT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. THEY ARE A FAR CRY BETTER THAN THE PRE-PACKAGED TYPE WHICH HAS ADDED SUGAR…A LOT OF ADDED SUGAR.
- 1 Young Coconut
- Get your hand on a meat cleaver and cut a square (James would probs cut a triangle) in the top of the coconut. Pour into a blender.
- Get a spoon and scoop out all the fleshy goodness. Scoop into blender.
- Blend and drink.
