I WONT GO FULL RANT ON THIS BUT YOU WANT TO WATCH HOW OFTEN YOU HAVE THESE. I HAVE THEM AS A TREAT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. THEY ARE A FAR CRY BETTER THAN THE PRE-PACKAGED TYPE WHICH HAS ADDED SUGAR…A LOT OF ADDED SUGAR.

- Get your hand on a meat cleaver and cut a square (James would probs cut a triangle) in the top of the coconut.
- Get a spoon and scoop out all the fleshy goodness.
