“This one doesn’t tastes like Chinese food… I don’t know why because it’s almost identical to standard Hulk Load but it doesn’t. I’ve been drinking one of the hulk loads everyday for the last week so thought I would mix things up so I don’t get sick of them. Honestly I think I prefer the standard one – especially since beetroot makes a fucking mess –  but this ain’t half bad.”

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Kale pieces
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • 1/2 Beetroot
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • Big ol’ chunk of Ginger (roughly as much as the garlic…or go crazy with it)

Tip – Substitute in a serve of Dirty Doctor’s Magical Elixir and save time cutting up garlic and ginger.

Instruction

This seems like a no brainer but there is a bit of a system to it. I have a nutri ninja so for starters I had to half the serving size so it would fit and I had to blend in stages. If you have some space age blender then go ahead and chuck everything in straight up Richie Rich.

  1. Cut up the kale and add to the blender (or nutri ninja).
  2. Add water (approx. 1/4 cup). This adds a bit of lubrication and I couldn’t get the kale to blend without it. Blend until the kale becomes a liquid.
  3. Cut up cucumber, celery, beetroot, garlic and ginger (you might want to peel the ginger). Add cucumber and blend until liquid. Repeat for other ingredients. You might have to add more water as you go.
