Ingredients
- 2 Avocado
- 1/2 can Organic Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup Raw Cacoa Powder
- 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 4 tbsp. Whipped Cream
- 4 Strawberries
- 1 tbsp. Rice Malt Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon(optional)
- Pinch of Salt
Instruction
- Place all ingredients (except the cream and strawberries) into a bowl and mix. If you are in fact the incredible hulk use a hand mixer. For everyone else i highly recommend an electronic mixer.
- Once mixed to a smooth consistency add portions to 4 separate containers.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry to each and place in the fridge. They should take approx. 2 hours to set fully.
