Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Instruction

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to peel slices of sweet potato, the longer and fatter you can make them the easier they are to use (that’s what she said.)
  2. Once you have peeled the entire sweet potato heat the oil in a frying pan and lay the strips in the pan, try to keep them from touching too much.
  3. Gently pan fry them until they start to turn golden brown, then remove and put them on a drip tray in the oven on a low heat.
  4. Repeat until you have cooked them all.
