“I got addicted to this in Thailand. I was pretty impressed by the taste but when I found out it was called Morning Glory I was in 100% (that’s what she said). Problem is they don’t mind a bit of the old sugar over in Thailand so I had to make my own. Great way to smash down some extra greens.”

Ingredients
- Bok Choy*
- Spinach*
- Fish Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Oyster Sauce
- Garlic
- Chilli
*Substitute anything green really. Great way to use up all those left over vegetables in the fridge.
Instruction
- Cut up greens and place in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add a liberal amount of olive oil. Cook for 2-3 mins until soft.
- Add 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. fish sauce, 1 tsp. oyster sauce, 2-3 cloves crushed garlic and sliced chilli.
- Done. It’s that easy!
