“This recipe comes from our friends over at Better Figure Skater. I’m not sure what it has to do with figure skating so I’m going to make some shit up. Eat this every morning and your triple axel jump will be 3 inches higher. Just make sure you don’t tie your skates too tight as all the stone fruit may make a trip to the ladies inevitable.”

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Oats
  • 8 Cherries
  • 1 Plum
  • Full Cream Milk (keep an eye on the ‘should i’ section…I’ll get around to writing an article on why skim milk is a scam one of these days)

Instruction

  1. Microwave 1/2 cup of oats for 2 mins with some water (approx. 1 cup).
  2. Remove pips from cherries and plum.  Slice to your desired size.
  3. After the oats have cooked add the fruit and some milk.
